Crackslaw:1 lbs. lean ground beef2 tbsp....Oh yeah!
Crackslaw:
1 lbs. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 bag of coleslaw mix
soy sauce to taste
1/2 med. onion
brown rice (optional)

Heat 2 tbsp. sesame oil and then fry the meat. Drain. In a sep. pan I cook the onion and slaw mix. And of course prepare the rice if your using it. I don't.
Then mix it all up and add soy sauce to taste.
It's pretty darn good and super low on sugar. The only added fat is from the sesame oil, but I'm planning on rinsing my meat so that should help. :)Amberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01744191030143447774noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8818090836707310095.post-91185809325946126182008-05-02T09:26:00.000-05:002008-05-02T09:26:00.000-05:00ok so you still have to tell me - what the heack ...ok so you still have to tell me - what the heack is crackslaw?Debbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07328885942330516790noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8818090836707310095.post-25677800130786593902008-05-02T08:24:00.000-05:002008-05-02T08:24:00.000-05:00Believe me...
