They said I have done an amazing job and should be super proud.. (and I am!!)
They also gave me the pic they took at my first appt. It is very blurry b/c I had to take a pic of a pic... but you'll get the idea. Then is a pic of me and my surgery buddy!!

All I can say is WOW! Your after picture looks like your before picture's daughter.
You should be really proud of yourself.
If you ever need a blog topic, I would love to hear about what you eat in a typical day. I am still 7 pounds away from goal, and I have been for years. I need new ideas!
