I have never felt hungry in the same way again but I have always been on top of my protein. I LOVE my protein drink so I always get it in to this day. Eatings a lot less does not mean you are starving. You've got plenty of bodyfat before that can happen! But you MUST get your nutrients and protein!!!Now there is supposed to be something called "hibernation syndrome" when you are exceptionally tired if you are losing weight very rapidly.Dagny
What she said! Really important not to skip out on your vitamins, protein or water. The water is the hardest for me - still a struggle to this day.
